You guys made our stay very very good. We stayed in a suite and loved a marble-lined bathroom. Everything was fine, though a few employees were very rude. The view was fantastic, the service was good. Besides, parking was available on-site...

Quirky & charming hotel. Excellent location close to a subway station. Amazingly nice staff. Amazing meals with warm drinks. Good customer care. Onsite parking.

The staff is very helpful and speak quite good English. The morning breakfast bar is small but quite good. The location is very convenient to the Vatican and the subway.
It is on the 2nd floor and they don't have an elevator, but the staff is very helpful in getting your luggage up the stairs.

A small and quiet hotel at walking distance of the Vatican en very near metro station Ottaviano. Clean and decent rooms. No 'continental' breakfast, but real Italian: sweet croissants, cake and home made coffee and cappuccino. Friendly personnel (again in an Italian way) and willing to help with finding good restaurants or calling a taxi.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The rooms are large, which is nice for a European hotel. The location is perfect for visiting the St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum and the metro is maybe a minute walk from the front door of the hotel which is key to easily get to all the other famous sites! The hot water did not work one day and the staff quickly had people in to take a look and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The hotel is difficult to find because there is no sign, you have to go by the address number then ring the bell to the hotel for them to let you in the front door. I felt that this was nice for security reasons and privacy. My husband and I along with my parents really loved this hotel! I

Friendly and helpful staff. Although the young guy is not very good in English, he helped me to search the best risotto in Town through Internet and recommended restaurant nearby.
Shower water drained away very slowly. In fact, the drainage is well designed but it was stuck with lot of hair. I only found out on the last day of our stay and managed to clean it by myself.

Many things that are very good about the hotel: Spacious room compared to the others in the same category, few steps away from the Metro and Tram station, so connectivity is excellent, Vatican is a stone's throw distance. A very good value for money for tourists on limited budget.

The twin room I stayed in was spotless. It had a mini bar, central heating, and even an iron, which came in handy. 🌟.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable (A/C was perfectly set).
A bit of a small breakfast room with little choice, but sufficient. Having to carry heavy bags and a pram up the stairs was annoying. Wouldn't stay there at the original price but discounted was good value.

Close to Vatican (10 minutes on foot). Fast taxi order from the reception (4 minotes from call). Helpfull staff (they ordered us tickets to Borghese gallery). Conditioner in the room.
Wastebasket in the bathroom was full after the previous tourists. Two large towels were used, but they were replaced at short notice... to five small ones. Bath was not very clean from the inside (we ask to clean it and they did it next day). Poor italian breakfast with very bad coffee.
